Implant overdentures are defined as a type of prosthesis supported by dental implants. Therefore, implant overdentures consist of a type of complete mucosal-supported prosthesis and implants, also called an implant-mucosal-supported prosthesis.

Premill Personalized Abutments Premill Personalized Abutments are fully "patient specific" abutments manufactured according to the size of the patient's teeth and gums. The customized abutments are designed and manufactured specifically for the patient using CAD / CAM technology taking into account the angle of the implant applied to the patient, the shape and structure of the gingiva and its relationship with the surrounding tissues.
